Sodexho Campus Services prepares the meals for Friendship Terrace on site in its newly renovated kitchen. The food is served cafeteria style in the central dining room. Dinner is served between 4:00 and 5:45 p.m and lunch is available between 12 noon and 1 p.m.. An early lunch and dinner seating is provided for residents who find it difficult to carry a dinner tray so that assistance can be provided.

Each meal offers three entrees and an assortment of vegetables, salads and desserts. The menus are developed in cooperation with the residents and a dietitian. Special events such as an ice cream bar are scheduled monthly. There is brunch every Sunday with extended hours for those who attend morning church services. All breakfast favorites are available. Every weekday coffee is available at 10 a.m. Residents take turns bringing sweet rolls or pastries to share.

If a resident feels under the weather, tray service is available for a small charge. Carry-outs are also allowed with a small fee for the container.

Guests are welcomed at all regular meals. Guest meal tickets are purchased at the front Reception Desk.
